Award winning Business Networking Event in Leicester

Kal Sangra, Frics, NAVA - Auctioneer & Director at Shonki Brothers attended Chutney and Chat –Business Networking in Leicester event as the keynote speaker. These events have ran Countywide to cover the www.pathway2grow.co.uk agenda. With the aim of building business communities through networking, learning and growth.


Kal said: “I was delighted to attend the event seeing a few friendly faces and meeting new connections. It was a great opportunity to present a talk on ‘Is Property the right investment for you?’ touching on market reports both nationally and locally as well as my company’s long standing history in Leicester.”


Chutney and Chat is an evening of relaxed networking, where people meet over a meal to network and listen to the key note speaker. There is also the opportunity for a member of the community to deliver “Pearls Of Wisdom”, a five minutes discussion on a topic of their choice.

“The first event in Leicester since Lockdown and I must say it was great to be back.
Rafique D Patel LLB Honours LLM (Masters) and his team from Bond Adams LLP Solicitors done a fab job of hosting the event, it’s a pleasure to work with such professionals. Kal Sangra FRICS, NAVA from Shonki Brothers Estate Agents smashed it with the keynote. Tipu Sultan Leicester put out an exquisite menu. And me, just loitered basically. Thank you Leicester, you were awesome, very friendly, very welcoming and very warm, we shall be back."

Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland Golf Tournament

Kal Sangra, FRICS, NAVA was invited to host the charity auction for another year at Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland annual golf tournament at Lingdale Golf Club in Woodhouse Eaves, Loughborough. 24 teams took part in the Golf Tournament competing for the coveted charity shield and other prizes. Teams, who were made up of local businesses, also enjoyed an meal and the opportunity to network. Attendees then helped raise vital funds by participating in a fundraising auction conducting by Kal Sangra.
