The property network meeting took place at Highfield Rangers on Gleneagles Avenue, Leicester and was attended by a range of potential investors with differing circumstances. The evening gave potential investors the opportunity to learn from Kal’s ‘Guide to Auctions’.
The presentation covered:
- Kal’s history as an Auctioneer
- National and Local market reports
- Advantages of selling by Auction
- Advantages of buying by Auction
- A guide to auction lots – development, investment, land and residential
- KSSB, Kal Sangra Shonki Brothers a market leader in the property market
Q & A’s with Auctioneer Kal gave attendees the opportunity to put any queries and concerns big or small forward for advice and then further discussion.
The evening then developed to a roundtable with Kal joining attendees, which included many familiar faces, for a catch up and general chat about the property sector.
Reg Francis, AHA said: “Many thanks to Kal for presenting to our meeting last night, it was very much appreciated. I believe it went down well for those in attendance and I hope that the session was of value to Kal too.
