Reg Francis organised a monthly property networking meeting to educate those in the community why and what you should buy from auctions, identifying problems and benefits from auction sales.
The property network meeting took place at Highfield Rangers on Gleneagles Avenue, Leicester and was attended by a range of potential investors with differing circumstances. The evening gave potential investors the opportunity to learn from Kal’s ‘Guide to Auctions’.
The presentation covered:
Q & A’s with Auctioneer Kal gave attendees the opportunity to put any queries and concerns big or small forward for advice and then further discussion.
The evening then developed to a roundtable with Kal joining attendees, which included many familiar faces, for a catch up and general chat about the property sector.
Reg Francis, AHA said: “Many thanks to Kal for presenting to our meeting last night, it was very much appreciated. I believe it went down well for those in attendance and I hope that the session was of value to Kal too.
